We don’t have any of your personal data which can be qualified as “sensible” (art.4 as per letter d) of the code) or judicial (art. 4 as per letter e) of the code).
- PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
Your data are treated according to the exigency of the contract and to consequent fulfillments of the legal and fiscal obligations, and also to permit an efficient management of the financial and commercial relationships. The data will be treated for the whole period of the contract relationship and also subsequently, for the conclusion of the law obligation and all the commercial and administrative purposes.
- METHODS OF THE PROCESSING
The treatment of the data occurs using means and procedures suitable to guarantee the safety and privacy and it could be done with the help of written information and electronic means.
- OBLIGATION OR FACULTY TO GIVE DATA
We are obliged to know all the data with the purpose to fulfill the obligations as by laws, regulations and communitarian rules, or better by all the dispositions given by the Authority which are legitimated for this aim by law and organs of vigilance and control.
The non-attempted data by your side won’t permit us to begin or go on with our relationship, according to what is necessary for the execution of the relationship.
Whether we ever need other information about your company and it deals with all the data we’re not obliged to know by the law, we’ll take the any consequent decision according to how much these information are important for our company.
- LIMITS FOR THE KNOWLEDGE OF YOUR DATA

c) certification to the effect that the operation as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
4. A data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part,
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
